At L33TFIELD, many of our products are made to order. Because of that, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, changing your mind, or buyer’s remorse.
1. Eligible Issues
We will review and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund for:

Items that arrive damaged

Items that are misprinted

Items that are defective

Items that are incorrect due to our error

Orders that are lost in transit, where confirmed and reported within the applicable claim window
2. Claim Window

Within 30 days of delivery for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

Within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for packages believed to be lost in transit
3. What to Include in Your Claim

Clear photos showing the item and the problem
We may not be able to process a claim without sufficient supporting information.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
We generally do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size ordered by the customer

Preference-based issues such as fit, feel, or color expectations

Orders with an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

Delivered packages reported missing after carrier confirmation, unless a claim is approved based on the circumstances

Minor variations in print placement, color tone, or garment feel that are typical in the custom printing process and do not amount to a defect
5. Refunds and Replacements
If your claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate remedy based on the situation.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they enter production. Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
7. Exchanges
Because products are made to order, we do not offer routine size or style exchanges. Please review size charts carefully before purchasing.
8. Chargebacks
