Thank you for shopping at L33TFIELD. We work with print-on-demand fulfillment partners, including Printful, which means each item is typically made to order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after payment is confirmed. Because many of our products are made to order, please allow time for production before shipment.

Estimated fulfillment and shipping times are provided at checkout where available, but these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Destination

  • Carrier performance

  • Seasonal demand

  • Production volume

  • Customs processing for international orders

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

3. Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are produced in different facilities or have different production timelines.

4. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, high-volume periods, supply disruptions, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. If your package is delayed, we’ll do our best to help you track it down and determine next steps.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.

6. Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at [support email] as soon as possible. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner and/or the carrier to investigate. Claims for lost packages must be reported within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date.

7. Damaged Packages or Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at [support email] within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll work to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

8. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

9. Delivery Marked as Delivered

If a carrier marks a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the local carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at [support email] and we’ll try to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-confirmed delivery in every case.
